Meet The Keiths
Steven and Megan began their dating story in 2014. Through a circuitous route (which included a breakup), they married in 2016. Their values-driven dating process grounded them and paved the way for them to help others connect with spouses who are dreaming the same dreams. Lifelong believers in the Apostolic truth, both Megan and Steven are passionate about serving the Church and building Kingdom families.
The Synchrony Project is the product of a conviction that God does not wish for His people to be lonely. Megan brings her graduate work in the social sciences to the Synchrony approach, focusing on data collection, data analysis, and coaching. Steven brings his technical and entrepreneurial gifting to the project, and together they co-host The Synchrony Podcast in the hope of inspiring change within Apostolic dating culture and forever ending loneliness in the Church. They live in Gainesville, Florida and attend the Pentecostals of Gainesville with their two young children.

We coach each match on their next steps so that no connections fizzle into 'situationships' or unclear expectations. No games, just a straightforward "yes" or "no" from each potential dating partner.
Intentionality
Dating apps sell the illusion that more options mean better chances. We know that the best connections are built on intentionality: getting to know one person at a time and making clear decisions.
